5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QA Panel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Test results and recordings generated for your websites remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

QA Panel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
